An architectural and civil engineering study was made for a villa complex. This study was filed as an application for a building permit. After all the individual permits were obtained, from the Forestry, Archeological and other authorities, the final definite permit was granted.
This means that a buyer can immediatelly built a villa complex of 474 square meters living space, excluding outside areas, teraces and balconies.
The architectural drawings are seen below. Changes to the design can be made, especially with repect to interior arrangements.
Should one wishes to change completely the arcitecture, a new permit can be easily obtained. This is because all other individual permits exist already.
